For web hosting and e-mail services you will need a domain name. In this page you will find details we are required to shared with you with regard to making use of a domain name.
What is a domain name?
The domain name is your ‘address’ by which you or your company are known on the Internet, for example, our domain name is all-tech-plus.com – the latter half of the domain name, in this example .com is known as the top level domain or TLD.
TLDs are managed and governed by the rules of central registeries or registrars, in the case of .com the rules are stipulated by an organisation known as ICANN.
When a domain name has been registered it is usually valid for at least the period of 1 year and is renewable on an annual basis.

Registration of domain name
If you do not have a domain name already and you engage our services for the provision of a website and/or e-mail services the contract we make with you will have the link to this page in order to comply with the regulations for management of domain names.
All Tech Plus will register the domain in your name (registrant) with us as the contacts for administrative, billing and technical contacts. You will be provided with control panel access to your domain, details will have been sent to you when your service(s) went live.
All Tech Plus will configure/setup various settings (DNS records – Domain Name Service records) to ensure the correct operation of your services. We will charge you annually either on or before the domain expiry date for the continued management of your domain. This cost includes the annual domain name fee and administration charge.
Transfer of domain name
If you have a domain name already and you engage or services for the provision of a website and/or e-mail services we may ask you to transfer the domain into our management, you would still be the domain registrant.
In some cases there may be an additional fee for the transfer though we may waive this depending on the services you have engaged through us.
In some cases a domain transfer may be free. Additionally depending on the TLD, any unused months to your current expiration date may be accrued, this is typically the case for .com.
If you choose not to transfer the domain, we will provide you with details to configure your DNS records to point to any services you have engaged. Unfortunately we will be unable to do this for you since you have chosen to manage this aspect yourself.
By hiring your service that includes domain registration / transfer, the ICANN contract found at the link below is also accepted.
