When you call the voice assistant you will be able to book an appointment and you will see it reflected here which is the Google Calendar the assistant has been setup to use. (you may need to refresh the page once your call is over)
It is possible to integrate with other Calendar systems.
And of course it is possible to program in additional functionality, for example, creating a support ticket, adding contact details into your CRM, spreadsheet or other system.
 
	Our own voice assistant currently saves caller details, caller history, can create support tickets, book meetings/call backs/video calls, and answer general questions about our services.
