× Should you encounter problems with your site, where you do not have a support plan, please do not e-mail or telephone, you should first of all checkout troubleshooting tips on the free support forums here and if there are notifications of similar problems from other customers, you will see these - this of course avoids any unnecessary repeat communications.

If troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, you should post the issue on the relevant forum, giving as much detail as possible - ie. what you were doing/trying to do, what error message you saw, include a screenshot where possible. We will respond via. the topic if it is a problem that appears to be affecting all sites, we will investigate and report back via. the forum.

If the forums are down, then please e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If you have a support plan in place, by all means check the forums for known issues, and of course the recommended troubleshooting tips before telephoning. You can of course e-mail or use live support/leave a message - see bottom right.

Those of you with Joomla based websites (and access to the backend) will have recently noticed a warning message about current PHP version being no longer supported.
PHP is the programming language responsible for the functionality of your website (this applies whether you have a Joomla or Wordpress based site).

The old version was 5.6.3 - this has just been changed to version 7.0. This is a compulsory upgrade and may have unknown effects on your site, though this is unlikely.

As this is a fairly major upgrade to version 7.0 - it is impossible for us to test every aspect of a website, if you discover something has broken, then please follow the advice of this forum for reporting issues. Where an issue requires fixing by us, unless you have a site support contract in place, there will be a charge for remedying the situation.

At the very least you should ensure that your Joomla (for those with Joomla sites) is up to date, as well as any other components and plugins (since these updates may well address known issues with PHP version 7). For those with Wordpress based websites, you should also ensure that your Wordpress core is up to date as well as any plugins (updates may well address known issues with PHP version 7).

Apparently, with the update to PHP version 7, will come a performance increase in your site.
