  • 2018-01-16 19:09:44: Channel 999 : All channels showing offline in country Spain by {"first":"MARK","last":"VAN BELLEN"} | More info: nuisance as it is - all channels are still down. The provider reports it is at the server providers end (maintenance) - note - server provider not service! I'll keep checking and hopefully post back on here when I know more or the service is back.

This form is for reporting problems with the new IPTV packages (SP, EN, SPEN and SPENAD packages [green, yellow, blue, and purple as shown on prices page]). If you are still on the old package where you get everything including arabic, turkish, spanish channels etc, you should continue to use the support forum (you will be e-mailed about changing to the new service nearer the end of your current subscription).

If you are in the UK and either your Sports channels are off or all channels are off please be aware that you must use a VPN or SmartDNS to avoid temporary blocks put in place by UK Internet service providers. Do not report if you have not done this as there is nothing that can be done.

Existing UK subscribers have been apprised of this situation already.
