We have recently revamped our support packages to allow a much more flexible package to be selected more suited to your needs. You can for example select how many hours per month, whether to include call outs, and if you are a web customer you can also include support for your website.

Please note that prices now include IVA at 21%. If you are a business and require an official factura (after payment) you should include your tax reference number, name and address in the additional details section.

Begin Computer Support Package

Fill in our form below, choosing the options you require, then go onto the next screen to provide your details, and finally pay via. Paypal using your credit/debit card or Paypal account. For the first payment, we will not charge Paypal processing fees. You will be billed automatically each period once you are setup on our system where you can then choose to pay cash, bank transfer (Spanish account), direct debit (UK accounts) or Paypal. If you would prefer not to use Paypal, you should still click 'Pay' to confirm your order and we will contact you to make arrangements.

If you intend to signup we recommend you first of all login to our site using your social login (login options found under the home menu).

There is also an option to add website support for existing web customers to create a hybrid support package.

For 3 month terms. If you cancel after 3 months, and in our opinion you have used your allowance simply to avoid our normal charges we reserve the right to retrospectively charge for work carried out less your subscription.

Select 6 or 12 month periods for the best cost savings.

Only buy this service if you are committed to 6 months or more.

For each health-check you trade in you gain an extra hour of support. This does not affect the price.

  1. Example: If you have selected to have 2 computers and waive one of your healthchecks and have selected one hour support per month, you will now have 2 hours support per month. You have one healthcheck which can be used on any computer each period.
  2. Example: You have selected 1 computer, waived your healthcheck, selected one hour support per month, you now have 2 hours support per month. If you decide that you would like a healthcheck, you can use your allowance whenever you like - typically takes between 2 and 3 hours.

If you can't bring your equipment to us or if it is not possible to fix remotely we would usually charge at our normal hourly rate which are a minimum of €15-20 per hour (note discounts available if you purchase 2 or 3 hours support for 6 or 12 months). If you include call-outs in your package we will visit without further cost and use your allowance against any work carried out.

  1. Example 1: with 1 callout per period - ask us to visit to resolve an issue for you. The time to fix is 2.5 hours. There is a minimum of one hour callout (covered). You have opted for 1 hour support per month. You are 0.5 hours over allocation and will be charged 7.50.
  2. Example 2: with 1 callout per period. Time to fix is 1.25 hours. Your first hour is covered. 0.25 hours comes of your 1 hour support per month - minimum 20 minute blocks. You have 40 minutes remaining in that month. No additional charge.

Callouts unless otherwise arranged are limited to Rojales, Benijofar, Formentera and Quesada areas.

Support is usually provided remotely using special software.

You may if you wish bring your equipment to us in which case your purchased time can be used.

Visits to your home or office are at normal rates and as such are not included - you cannot use your allowance for such support unless you have purchased a callout option.

Remember - you have chosen to trade in one or more of your healthchecks so you get an extra hour per month per healthcheck traded in!

Because you have chosen to have 2 or 3 hours support per month, any hours over your allocation will be entitled to a 20% or 30% discount respectively off our normal hourly rate. This is only valid with a 6 or 12 month subscription.

Add support for your website (where it has been provided by All Tech Plus). This will then become a hybrid support package.

By adding support for your website you increase your monthly hourly allowance by 2 hours! So if you had selected one PC, and traded in your healthcheck you now have 4 hours per month to use for PC and Website support.
